  • Certificates physically verified, not accepted on paper.
  • Captain must hold a Master Mariner (ANT) licence.
  • Crew need valid BST and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cover.
  • Equipment inventoried in full, not sampled.

Certification alone carries 15 of the 40 safety points: full compliance with Indonesian Directorate General of Sea Transportation regulations and, where applicable, SOLAS and MARPOL.

Large charter vessel under way

Vessel certification · 15 pts

Registry, safety and seaworthiness certificates physically verified. Compliance with Indonesian DGST regulations and, where applicable, SOLAS and MARPOL.

Guests aboard a chartered motor yacht

Crew qualification · 10 pts

Captain holds a Master Mariner (ANT) licence. All crew carry valid Basic Safety Training certificates and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cover.

Onboard equipment · 10 pts

Full inventory: life rafts, life jackets, fire suppression, radar, GPS, AIS, VHF and satellite phone. Modern and maintained, not merely present.
