Can I design my own itinerary?

Yes. Send the shape of the day and the desk will confirm whether the hours, the marina and the vessel class support it — before quoting, not after.

How far ahead do dietary requirements need to be in?

Seventy-two hours before departure, so provisioning is done correctly the first time rather than improvised on the morning.

Can we bring our own decorations or catering?

Yes, loaded ashore before cast-off. Only what the crew can safely stow goes aboard, and nothing gets rigged that blocks their working deck.

Can we change the plan on the day?

Within the block and the sea state, usually. The captain will tell you what is possible that morning — that call is the one thing the desk cannot promise around.

Can we add a night to a day charter?

It becomes a 24-hour block rather than an extended day, so it needs cabins and is quoted as an overnight. Tell the desk early because it changes which hulls are eligible.
