Several vessels in the Benoa fleet carry sound systems and space for a portable screen or LED panel, and we arrange what the boat itself lacks: PA and wireless microphones, projector or TV screens with HDMI input, power arrangements for laptops, and a stable anchorage window so your CEO is not presenting through swell. For working offsites we schedule presentation blocks while the vessel is at anchor in calm water, typically off Sanur or in the lee of Nusa Lembongan. How Does Booking and Invoicing Work for Companies?

We run a procurement-friendly process, because corporate bookers answer to finance departments: Step 1 — Brief. Send date, headcount, objective and budget band on WhatsApp or email. We reply with 2–3 vessel options and a written quotation. Step 2 — Quotation and agreement. You receive a formal quotation on company letterhead and a simple charter agreement stating vessel, route, inclusions and cancellation terms. Step 3 — Invoice and payment. Invoices are issued by an Indonesian-registered entity with an NPWP (Indonesian tax number), supporting standard vendor onboarding and expense documentation.
