How Does a Multi Day Yacht Charter from Bali Work?

Charters depart from Benoa Harbour on Bali's southeast coast, occasionally from Serangan depending on the vessel. The yacht is exclusively yours: a licensed captain and crew run the boat, you sleep aboard in private cabins, and each day moves at your pace — snorkelling, beach landings, or simply staying at anchor. Unlike day cruising, you do not return to port each evening: the boat overnights in sheltered bays, which is what puts the Gili Islands and Lombok within comfortable reach. Most vessels on this route are sailing catamarans and motor yachts sleeping four to ten guests in two to five cabins. Crew, Provisioning and What Is On Board

Every charter sails with a licensed captain and crew, and most vessels on multi-day routes carry a dedicated chef or can add one. Snorkelling gear is standard; paddleboards, kayaks and fishing tackle are common and confirmed per vessel. Provisioning is agreed about a week before departure: we send a menu and beverage sheet, you mark preferences and dietary requirements, and the crew buys fresh produce the morning you sail. Fuel for the stated route, drinking water, linen and towels are normally included; anchorage, mooring and entrance fees at Penida and the Gilis are typically billed at cost. Every quote we issue itemizes inclusions line by line, because vessels differ.

Send dates, guest count and preferred nights via WhatsApp or email. We reply with a shortlist of two or three available vessels, a route draft and indicative pricing. Hold your preferred yacht with a deposit; the balance is due before boarding under the vessel's terms. Complete the provisioning sheet about seven days before departure. Where Does the Route End?

At Lombok, deliberately. Bali-based crewed yachts are set up for the Bali–Lombok corridor: fuel, provisioning and crew rotations are planned around a return to Benoa, and every anchorage on this route is in weekly use by our captains. Voyages onward to Sumbawa and Komodo National Park are a different product — expedition liveaboards with different vessels and permits — so we refer those requests to our sister liveaboard desks within Juara Holding Group rather than stretch a Bali charter beyond its proper range.
